Competition game 6 months

The Candy Palace is setting up a competition called “6 Months Game”.

This is open to all people who make a purchase of €10 or more (excluding shipping costs) of products in the store.

Each €10 spent represents an additional contribution. Thus, a purchase of €12 represents a participation. A purchase of €50 represents 5 entries. There is no limit on participations.

3 winners will be selected by random draw:

1st prize: A box of sweets worth €50 and a large 50cm Stitch soft toy

2nd prize: A box of sweets worth €30 and a large 25cm Stitch soft toy

3rd prize: A box of candies worth €15 and a Palais des candies mug
The winners will be notified by email or telephone.

The Candy Palace takes care of shipping the winnings.

The game starts on May 13, 2023 and ends on June 13, 2023.

Competition rules

Article 1 – Presentation of the game
This competition is organized by Palais des Candies, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
It will take place from 05/13/2023 to 06/13/2023 inclusive at the participating points of sale of the Organizer participating in the operation.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation
This game is open to everyone, whether residing in mainland France or not. Staff members of the Organizer and its subcontractors are not authorized to participate.

Article 3 – Conditions for participating
The game is open from May 13, 2023 to June 13, 2023 inclusive.

One participation for every €10 of purchase (excluding shipping costs) is offered with no participation limit.

Article 4 – Designation of winners
The three (3) winners of the game will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants and validated by the Organizer among the entries received during the game period.
The draw will be carried out live on Tiktok on June 13, 2023.
The result of the draw is final and cannot be appealed.

Article 5 – Endowment
The 3 winners will each receive

Prize 1: A box of sweets worth €50 and a large 50cm Stitch soft toy

Prize 2: A box of sweets worth €30 and a large 25cm Stitch soft toy

Prize 3: A box of candies worth €15 and a Palais des candies mug

The Candy Palace is responsible for shipping the prizes.

Article 6 – Notification of winners
The name of the winners will be communicated to participants during the game period, live on Tiktok.

The winners will be contacted by any available means of communication, those received at the time of the purchase made.

Article 7 – Use of data
The Organizer undertakes to respect the privacy and protect the personal data of all participants in the game, in accordance with current legislation. The personal data that may be collected about participants during this operation will be used exclusively within the framework of this operation.

Article 8 – Compliance with the regulations
Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the articles and conditions of these regulations. Each participant undertakes to respect the regulations and to provide accurate and up-to-date data and to immediately notify the Organizer in the event of a modification of their data. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the regulations.

Article 9 – Limitation of liability
Any request made by a participant in the game which arrives after the date and time limit for participation in the game will not be taken into account and remember that the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any types of loss, theft, delays or faults linked to the use of computer networks.

Article 10 – Transfer of rights
The participant accepts that the Organizer reserves the right to publish and use the name and personal information of the winners, without remuneration, in the promotion and/or advertising for the game and for all of the Organizer's products. In the case of the competition, this consists of indicating your order number, your first name and possibly your department.

Article 11 – Guarantees
The game prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable and cannot under any circumstances be transferred, exchanged or reimbursed for cash in any form whatsoever.

Article 12 – Applicable law
The regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute or dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these regulations will fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
