The coconut balls will awaken your taste buds with childhood memories. The meringue is made from sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt. The custard is made from milk, sugar, flour, eggs and a drop of vanilla. The balls can then be decorated with coconut shavings and almonds, or simply served as is. They are usually served as a dessert or with tea or coffee.
